There is no deny that Apple iPhone probably is the most powerful mobile device on the market. However, it has a flaw. Yup, it is a battery life. But if we looking at other view, Apple iPhone’s battery isn’t that weak.

With constantly browsing the web, checking mails, facebook, listening to music, watching videos, and keep running application after one other application, it is understandable and obvious outcome that what drains the battery life.  I guess that we should accept that is a heavy toll on the battery life after what it had gone through.

Nevertheless, there is few things you can do to converse your iPhone battery life and make it last longer than usual. Some of these action may prevent you to fully utilize your iPhone to the full potential but this solution work great if you are in the times when you are running low of battery and wish tomake your iPhone  makes it through the days.

1) Lower the screen brightness

The lower of the brightness, the less demand on your battery life.

2) Disable 3G

it use more battery than Wi-Fi or EDGE. Turn it off and prolong your charge with using Wi-Fi and EDGE

3) Enable Airplane Mode

If you are low on battery and all you want to listen to music or use application that doesn’t require an Internet Connection, the Aiplane Mode is great idea.

Airplane mode will disable all network connection, including your cellphone signal.

4) Disable “Ask To Join” features

By constantly searching for the presence of Wi-Fi network, it put a heavy burden on your battery life. However, you will still be able to join available WI-FI networks by manually.

5) Turn off Notifications features

With constantly auto-searching for updates from certain application, for example, Facebook notifies me when someone post on my wall, Twitter notifies me when someone mentions me and etc. You got the point, right?

But on the serious note, I think Apple iPhone is destined to have a “weak battery” not matter how many improvement had Apple go through. I mean, with every new applications or features update keep coming, there is no doubt that some of the powerful or advanced applications definitely will drain the battery. Did you seriously believe that running any of those powerful applications will not killing your battery?

There is no doubt that Apple will introduce a next iPhone with a better battery and capabilities but the outcome would be the same. More powerful applications or feature, more battery consuming.
